Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Thin. 31 has cheapened this new Distressed Chestnut crossbody strap by making it very thin. I wish I never bought it. It just cheapens the look of the City Chic Distressed Chestnut I was going to use it on. It reminds me of a cheap strap on a purse you would get from Walmart. But I must say it matches the very thin straps they put on the City Chic bag. Compromising on quality is not what I expected from 31.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Broke under a week of use I bought it back in August, but hadn't gotten around to using it last week since my closet was full of other options. I carried it 3 or 4 times, and the other day I was walking into work and it snapped. My bag had my All About the Benjamin's Wallet and a 12 oz bottle of water in it, so not a huge load by any means. This is the second one of these straps I've had break, but the first one got slammed in the car door so I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I wish I would have used it when I first got it to discover this manufacturing defect, because now I am past the 90 day return window so my only option is to purchase a replacement out of pocket.
